1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to YaoMaster (the "Service"), operated by Qantro Group Limited (hereinafter "we", "us", or "the Company").

Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Service. By registering an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. We reserve the right to modify these Terms:

• General Changes: Modified terms become effective 30 days after being posted on this page
• Material Changes: We will notify you 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification
• Urgent Situations: Changes required by law or for security reasons may take effect immediately

If you do not agree to the modified terms, you may delete your account before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Service Description

2.1 Service Content

YaoMaster is an AI-powered platform providing divination readings, daily messages, conversational interactions, and other experiences. Features include but are not limited to:

• AI Chat: Natural language conversations with AI for information, advice, and inspiration
• Divination Services: Hexagram generation based on traditional methods like Six Yao, with AI interpretations
• Daily Messages: Personalized daily messages and insights
• History: Save, manage, and export your conversations and divination records
• Membership: Paid subscriptions for enhanced features

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide stable and reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. We may suspend or interrupt the Service for maintenance, upgrades, security, or other reasons, and will endeavor to notify users in advance when possible.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Some features of the Service require account registration. When registering, you must:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction
• If you are a minor, use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account credentials (passwords, verification codes, etc.)
• Not sharing your account with others
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized account use
• All activities that occur under your account

3.3 Account Termination

You may request to delete your account at any time in Settings. After account deletion:

• Your personal data will be permanently purged within 30 business days
• Purchased Credits: If you have unused credits that were purchased within the last 90 days, you may contact customer support to request a refund before deleting your account; credits purchased more than 90 days ago are non-refundable
• Free Credits: Will be forfeited upon account deletion with no compensation
• Membership Benefits: Terminate upon account deletion; if a refund is needed, please contact customer support before deletion
• Previously exported data is not affected

4. User Conduct

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

• Personal entertainment, self-exploration, and inspiration
• Daily conversations with AI
• Divination readings and daily messages
• Saving and managing your usage history

4.2 Prohibited Use

When using the Service, you must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
• Post or transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service's systems, networks, or data
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access the Service abnormally
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Use the Service for commercial purposes (unless with our written permission)
• Provide divination or AI-generated content as professional advice to others

5. Paid Services & Billing

5.1 Credits & Membership

The Service uses a credit and membership billing system; some features require credits. You can obtain credits through:

• Free Credits: Initial credits received upon registration
• Purchased Credits: One-time credit packages
• Membership Subscription: Subscribe for enhanced features without credit limitations

5.2 Billing Rules

• Different operations (regular chat, divination, etc.) consume different amounts of credits
• Credits are deducted from your balance once an operation is complete
• Specific billing rates are displayed within the Service

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments for this Service are processed by Stripe. When using payment features, you must also comply with Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your complete payment card information.

5.4 Refund Policy

5.4.1 General Rules

As credits and membership benefits are digital goods that become effective immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not provided.

5.4.2 Exceptions

• Technical Issues: If technical issues on our end prevent you from using purchased services normally, you may contact us to apply for a refund
• Service Termination: If we terminate the service for reasons on our end, we will issue pro-rata refunds based on remaining time/credits

5.4.3 Non-Refundable Situations

• Account banned for violating these Terms
• Credits or benefits obtained by exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Fraudulent purchases
• Unused credits upon account deletion (purchased more than 90 days ago)

5.4.4 Special Notice for EU Users

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, due to the special nature of digital content, during the purchase process you will need to expressly agree that: (1) the digital content will be provided immediately after purchase; and (2) you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. If you do not check this confirmation, you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal.

5.5 Credit Validity

• Purchased Credits: Valid for 365 days (1 year) from date of purchase
• Free/Gifted Credits: Valid for the period stated when they are granted; you can see the exact expiration date on your account page
• Promotional Credits: Valid for the period specified in the promotion rules

We may send you reminders via email or in-app notification before your credits expire. Unused credits will automatically expire after the validity period.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and all its content, including but not limited to:

• Software, code, interface design, graphics, icons
• Text, images, audio, video
• "YaoMaster" brand name, logo, and trademarks
• Overall look and feel of the Service

are the property of the Company or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Without our explicit written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, sublicense, or otherwise use such content.

6.2 User Content

You retain all rights to original content you submit to the Service (such as your questions and text). However, by using the Service, you grant us:

• A limited license necessary to provide the Service
• This license is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable
• Used solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service

6.3 AI-Generated Content

For AI-generated content in this Service (such as divination readings, daily messages, chat responses):

• You may freely use this content for personal purposes
• We do not claim exclusive intellectual property rights to AI-generated content
• However, you may not use this content for commercial purposes or publish it as your original work

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

7.2 Third-Party Services

The Service may use third-party services (such as AI model providers, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.

7.3 User Content

We do not review or endorse user-submitted content and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of user content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Company and its directors, employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
• Including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses
• Whether or not such damages were foreseeable, and whether or not the Company was advised of the possibility of such damages

If the above limitation of liability does not apply in your jurisdiction, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

In any event, the Company's total liability to you arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

9. Service Changes & Termination

9.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, including but not limited to:

• Adding or removing features
• Adjusting billing rates or credit consumption rules
• Updating the user interface
• Suspending or permanently discontinuing the Service

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.

9.2 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• Your actions may expose us, other users, or third parties to legal liability or harm
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• Required by law or regulation

Inactive Account Definition: If you have not signed in to your account for 18 consecutive months, we may mark it as inactive. Before terminating an inactive account, we will notify you 30 days in advance via email.

9.3 Effects of Termination

Upon service termination:

• Your right to use the Service terminates immediately
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, etc.) shall remain in effect

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Method

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service:

• Amicable Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through amicable negotiation
• Arbitration: If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective arbitration rules
• The place of arbitration shall be Hong Kong
• The language of arbitration shall be Chinese or English
• The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties

10.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a member or representative of any class action or representative proceeding.

Notice for EU Users: This clause does not affect any collective redress rights you may have under EU law.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in effect.

11.3 Waiver

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign our rights and obligations under these Terms.

11.5 Language

These Terms may be provided in multiple languages. In case of ambiguity, the Chinese version shall prevail.
